This is the last month of spring in the northern hemisphere – days are getting longer and the is weather is generally improving. During April, we may have had the last big snow showers, and there might still be snow patches high on the mountains. Birds will be well into nesting and the hiking and biking trails are looking great. It’s still cold on the water though, but things will get warmer during June.
