Help page on meeting and transport for Arc Guiding activities.

Can I drive my own car for an Arc Guiding activity?

For many Arc Guiding outdoor activities in Scotland, driving your own car is OK. However, we may recommend travelling in our vehicle to cut down traffic, in snow, or for viewing wildlife.

Does Arc Guiding provide airport/train station pickup/dropoff?

Arc Guiding cannot provide ‘taxi-style’ transfers. However, it is sometimes possible to pick you up from and drop you off at the same bus or train station, from where you can organise your onward journey. Alternatively, you can be dropped off at a mutually convenient location after your activity, from where you can get a taxi or bus to your next destination.

Where do we meet for Arc Guiding activities?

Meeting time and place will be confirmed during booking. In some cases, we can meet at your accomodation, at other times, meeting will be at a central location.

What public transport options are available for Arc Guiding activities?

Depending on the booking, various public transport options may be available. Please Contact us to discuss.
